Do same day reservations cost more?
Yes. Same day reservations are an additional $10. For same day reservations, please call for availability.
How many passengers per vehicle are included in your shuttle service?
We allow a maximum of 4 people per car. There is a $5 per person fee for each additional person. The additional $5 covers the round trip and is payable upon arrival.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We do offer refunds. However, refund requests have to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or parking reservation time.
Do you have a baggage policy?
We’re happy to transport your luggage to the port with you. All we ask is that you have your luggage ready upon arrival, inlcuding any luggage tags. Otherwise, please prepare luggage tags at the port if necessary. This is for the convenience of all our valued customers. Thank you.

The last shuttle leaves PROMPTLY at 2 PM.
